Our Mission & vision, Principle Focus and Objectives

RAUA-LTD is a social entity designed to respond to the needs of the marginalized. 

RAUA’S VISION:

To see that the most disadvantaged persons adopt an improved and sustainable livelihoods.

RAUA’S MISSION:

By facilitating the marginalized we minimize disturbances, self rejection, and over dependence thus helping them feel a sense of belonging and focus to living sustainable livelihoods.

RAUA’S PRINCIPLE FOCUS

Is to enhance SHEVED for better standards of living; SHEVED is explained as:-

  • Spiritual i.e. to promote Christian principles
  • Health:-our health concerns look into the health conditions of the beneficiary and his/her environment
  • Establishment of IGA’s
  • Vocational services focuses on skills development
  • Education; we strive to improve academic skills of the beneficiary
  • Distribution of essential needs mainly food staff, clothing, scholastic materials, shelter material, disseminating issues of health to village/responsible health personnel for mutual collaboration and promoting the well being of the beneficiary.

RAUA’s CORE VALUES (The term STEACH imply sewing and designing for purposes of aesthetic). RAUA endeavor to see that the life style of vulnerable persons is admirable in the society.

SUMMARY OF RAUA’S OBJECTIVES

  1. To promote Christian principles and sense of discipline among project beneficiaries.
  2. To help advocate, promote and facilitate training and education of vulnerable children and adults with vocational and academic skills.
  3. To volunteer in counseling and guidance to the youth, couples, and disadvantaged persons as per their desire to command living improved life.
  4. To encourage disadvantaged persons be creative and apply resourcefully acquired skills so as to fit in this competitive and dynamic world.
  5. To promote gender equality with special emphasis on families and educational institutions.
  6. To encourage communities engage in the fight against HIV/AIDS, COVID-19 and other related deadly virus for safety and healthy living.
  7. To promote the gender for women and children basic on sexual abuses and other abuses
  8. To create IGA’s for the Organization and encourage members establish their own desired income generating activities
  9. To lobby and supply food staff, clothing, scholastic materials, shelter material to the most vulnerable and to those suffering consequences of untimely epidemics.
